Why is the font so small...

OpenSongApp will try to help you get the most out of the screen size you have available.  However, if you are using a phone screen, don't expect to be able to see everything on the screen at once and still have it readable - this is beyond my control.  To understand about scaling options, follow this page in the user guide:  7a.
