You are now able to save a 'sticky' note with your OpenSong files. This note can be used as a reminder about the song, a note about a key change, a copy of the set, in fact any text you want!
To view a sticky note manually, click on the 'Extra information' page button and then the 'Sticky note' page button. The sticky note can be manually dragged around the screen if required. Clicking on the red X will close the sticky.
To create or edit a sticky note, while viewing the song in question, open the right hand settings menu and select 'Song'. From here, click on the 'Edit song sticky note'. Enter the note you want and click 'OK'.
The text size, width and opacity are used when popup sticky notes are shown (either using the page button or automatically).
Sticky notes can be integrated into the song display (as a comment before or after the song lyrics or as a popup). You can toggle this auto display of sticky notes (if the song has any) from the Display settings menu. Choose the 'Extra information' option menu. If the floating window (popup) is set to 'OFF', the sticky notes will be added to the song contents. You can choose the top or the bottom of the song. If you set the floating window to 'ON', you can set the time for the sticky to appear for. After this time it will disappear. Setting the time slide to the far left will allow the sticky note to stay visible while the song is being shown.
